APIs
APIs that accept this service's access tokens. Apps ask for one with resource=<identifier>, and the API checks the identifier as the token's aud. Each app also has to be allowed to use the API (from its row above).

People
Admins manage apps, APIs and people here. Deactivating someone signs them out everywhere, revokes the tokens apps hold for them, and stops them signing in. People in ADMIN_EMAILS are always admins.
